Details:
The Otago District Health Board is seeking to appoint two full-time
Consultant Psychiatrists. One position is in the Adult General Mental
Health Service acute community and inpatient setting and the other
in the Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
A natural leader, you will be expected
to assist in the leadership of your multidisciplinary team, which
includes nurses, clinical psychologists, social workers, occupational
therapists and ancillary staff. In addition, you will have experience
and an interest in teaching medical students and other clinical
disciplines as required. Applicants must hold the FRANZCP or equivalent,
and be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand
Medical Council (www.mcnz.org.nz).
