Details:
Conifer Lodge is a specialist therapeutic care-home with nursing
for men and women with challenging behaviour associated with a learning
or developmental disability. It is registered with the Care Quality
Commission (CQC) as a Care Home with Nursing.
Conifer
Lodge is registered to admit up to 15 residents and is situated
in the town of Wisbech, between Peterborough and Kings Lynn, near
to the intersection of the A47 and A1101 and with easy access to
local amenities.

Our
nurses undertake the role of primary/named-nurse to a set number
of patients or service users at their hospital or specialist care
home. They are responsible for providing nursing input in support
of the therapeutic programme, supervising care staff in their team,
and attending patient reviews and other meetings.
If
you wish to pursue a career in nurse management it is possible to
make real progress. We provide leadership, guidance and training
to those seeking to take on extra management and clinical responsibility.
Whether
you are recently qualified or more experienced we can offer mentorship
/ preceptorship and full support in your PREP work. You will work
within our named-nurse environment and have full participation in
the care planning for our patients and residents.
