Details:
Beech House is a specialist independent hospital offering person-centred
assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services in a low secure
environment for adults with challenging behaviour associated with
a learning or developmental disability or autism, including those
with forensic backgrounds. It is registered with the Care Quality
Commission (CQC) as an Independent Hospital able to take patients
liable to be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, as amended
in 2007.
Beech
House is registered to admit up to 37 patients and is situated on
the outskirts of Newmarket town centre in Suffolk. It is within
easy reach of all main transport routes, just off the A14.
Being
a nurse at Care Principles is extremely rewarding. You can look

Our
nurses undertake the role of primary/named-nurse to a set number
of patients or service users at their hospital or specialist care
home. They are responsible for providing nursing input in support
of the therapeutic programme, supervising care staff in their team,
and attending patient reviews and other meetings.
If
you wish to pursue a career in nurse management it is possible to
make real progress. We provide leadership, guidance and training
to those seeking to take on extra management and clinical responsibility.
Whether
you are recently qualified or more experienced we can offer mentorship
/ preceptorship and full support in your PREP work. You will work
within our named-nurse environment and have full participation in
the care planning for our patients and residents.
