Details:
Ridgeway is a specialist therapeutic care-home for men with challenging
behaviour associated with a learning or developmental disability.
It is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Care
Home.
Ridgeway
is registered to admit up to 6 residents and is situated in the
village of Newton, three miles north of Wisbech on the A1101, between
Peterborough and Kings Lynn, with easy access to local amenities
and towns.
Being
a nurse at Care Principles is extremely rewarding. You can look

Our
nurses undertake the role of primary/named-nurse to a set number
of patients or service users at their hospital or specialist care
home. They are responsible for providing nursing input in support
of the therapeutic programme, supervising care staff in their team,
and attending patient reviews and other meetings.
If
you wish to pursue a career in nurse management it is possible to
make real progress. We provide leadership, guidance and training
to those seeking to take on extra management and clinical responsibility.
Whether
you are recently qualified or more experienced we can offer mentorship
/ preceptorship and full support in your PREP work. You will work
within our named-nurse environment and have full participation in
the care planning for our patients and residents.
