Vacancy: Applied psychologist

Employer: Kneesworth House Hospital, Partnerships in Care, Hertfordshire

Salary: up to £45,000

So we'll actively encourage you to take your career still further as you help service users make positive alterations to their lives within a forensic setting at Kneesworth House Hospital. Joining a multi-disciplinary team on a 20-bed ward, you'll make a highly valued contribution to the recovery and rehabilitation model within the established pathway here.

You should:
* Be registered as a psychologist (clinical, counselling or forensic) with the HPC
* A track record of working in conditions of low, medium and/or high security is desirable
* Preferably be familiar with working with severe and enduring mental health and/or personality disorder problems
* Ideally have experience of risk assessment and management and; group programmes such as, substance misuse, DBT, and/or SOTP

Purpose built, Kneesworth House Hospital provides high quality care for adults with personality disorders, mental illness and learning disabilities.
