CFU (Child & Family Unit) is one of only three specialist inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service units in the country serving a very large region with strong commitment to collaboration between young person, family, staff and other services.
REDS (Regional Eating Disorders Service), RYFS (Regional Youth Forensic Service) and KARI CENTRE (community CAMHS service) are innovative community based mental health services for children, adolescents and their families living in the central Auckland area.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll enjoy great support and equally impressive diversity – carrying out assessment, family and group therapy and case management.
Eligibility for Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of NZ (www.mcnz.org.nz) and experience with child services required.
