Applied Cognitive Neuroscience
Our course combines academic expertise with the practical knowledge
and skills needed for a successful career in neuroscience. We provide
training in modern neuroscience methods and techniques, set in an
academic framework. Starts October 2009.
* MSc Corporate Management Psychology
This course helps your career prospects giving you a detailed understanding
of the modern workplace from psychological, legal, health and corporate
perspectives. It is ideal if you work in a managerial role, especially
in personnel, human resources or corporate administration. September

* MSc Developmental Psychology
This is one of the few developmental psychology postgraduate courses
in the UK. You explore psychological development through the human
lifespan. The focus goes beyond childhood and adolescence into adulthood,
providing a broader look at psychological development. Starts September
2009.
* MSc Health Psychology
This course offers a flexible approach to meeting Stage one of the
British Psychological Society’s training towards chartered
health psychology status. You study online and we offer online study
support as well as regular face-to-face study sessions to help you.

* MSc Forensic Psychology
During this course you study the theories of criminal behaviour
and examine how and why some individuals become criminals. By studying
forensic psychology in a legal context you develop an understanding
of how other disciplines and social factors influence its theory,
research and development. September intake
* Graduate Diploma in Psychology
This course is for non-psychology graduates who have some previous
study in psychology. Upon graduation you can register with the British
Psychological Society, and you can apply for a place on professional
or postgraduate courses in areas such as clinical, educational and
forensic psychology. September intake.
* MSc Psychological Research Methods
This course is suitable if you have an undergraduate degree in psychology,
or a degree that includes a large component of psychology. You build
on your previous training in research methods and statistics and
develop your understanding of current methodological debates and
advances in psychology. September and February intake.
