The theme of this conference is employment as a vehicle to recovery
- developing pathways back to work. It is about unpacking the reality
of recovery and will explore what works, what the outcomes are together
with the impact of employment on individual recovery.

will cover developing evidence based pathways to work and contributions
to the journey from users, carers and practitioners.
